so, as you may know, hipster dj/fag Blake Ward just got back from Manhatty. Apparently there were 6+ oklahoma hipster/alts there at the same time, during the first weeks of october. Insanity?! Rumor has it that some of the okiealts are trying to move there and get an apartment together in the summer '09. Congrats! I hope we can all move up in the world some day, and all have more friends, more party pix, and get to see our favorite post-bloghouse psychedelic indie rock bands EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK!!! snap!

I'm sure some of you facebook users were wondering, "should I or should I not go see DJ Blake Ward DJ at
"UC"/universe/universe city next saturday night?" The answer should be "do i want to," or "do i hate hippies," or "do i hate for hippies to know that i hate them?"
The simple answer to those questions is, "is cafe plaid going to become a sublet of universe city?" or "are the universe city kids really hippies, or maybe just crust punks or poor kids, or wannabe alts/hipsters?" I don't know mysalf, but I did get a free lighter from them from the big black guy who talks about politics and works at campus corner market last week. So maybe???
